About me

Nice to meet you. My name is Bori Csala and I am a non-profit professional, an association and DEI consultant based in Brussels.

I started my professional journey ten years ago and since then I worked for several international associations, trade organizations and companies on strategic growth, governance, membership development and social impact projects.

I deeply believe that impact-driven organizations can make a huge change for the better. My expertise and passion is translating your mission into a commercial goals and bridging the for-profit and non-profit sectors for social responsibility. I started Smarginatura Consultancy in order to dissolve boundaries among sectors to make sure our goals are achieved.
